I was really eager to read this book as I keep myself updated with Priya Mam’s stories & posts on social media & thoroughly enjoy & get inspired by them.
This is my 1st book read by the author.

⭐ The story begins with the chapter named “The End”. Her business had fallen & she needed to escape. She wanted to turn back the clock not only to 4years when she was the queen of business & love but to centuries ago where existed a higher intelligence who predictions we are living by today.
She did not know why she wanted to go to the Netherlands & not the Himalayas..
A person who is defeated does not know dear any more.
You can’t scare or threaten a person who has lost all hope in life.
All her life she had debated whether it was too early or too late for things she wanted to do & experience…

I felt goosebumps & a very exciting positive energy when I started reading this book & throughout.

It took 4years to pen down this book & it consists of whole life lessons.
To be true, in the beginning I felt it’s going to be the redundant stuff again.. but as I read further I found the explanations, examples, yoga…very fresh & interesting!
The personal examples, simple language, yoga..make this book a quick & interesting read.
It can also be looked upon as a synopsis of various popular self help techniques with personal examples plus a #usp ( unique selling proposition) Yoga.
The methods & techniques are explained in a concise form but very effectively.
Hooponopono technique is a new for me.
It has quotes from various books, by various learned beings..; personal experiences; yoga & its benefits to help relax & calm down.
The important points are highlighted in the book.
It’s a small book & a quick read.
Doesn’t bore you with lengthy sermons.
I didn’t like the quality of the paper, it was a big turnoff.
The cover is simple & not very attractive.
I feel when we are talking about non-fiction, self-help material..it should be pleasing to the eye & catchy & attractive.
It takes a lot from a person, who comes looking for help in this genre, to focus & learn & implement the various methods/ techniques/ laws.
